Are you looking for creative flower arrangement ideas? Here’s how to repurpose an oil lamp into a unique flowers vase with flowers for any occasion.

Vintage, antique, or brand new, an oil lamp is a charming home decor accessory. Oil lamps come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors.

Today, I thought I would share with you how to repurpose an oil lamp into a unique flowers vase with flowers. I picked up four bouquets of pink and orange Gerberas Daisies.

This is so easy you’re going to wonder why you never thought of this before! Or maybe you have? 1. Remove the oil lamp chimney.

2. Unscrew the oil lamp wick holder and remove the wick.  This will leave you with an opening for your flowers.

3. Run the oil lamp through your dishwasher to thoroughly clean the previous oil residue.  You may want to wash it out with some bleach too.

4. Add fresh water and flowers.  You can get so creative with your new unique flowers vases too.  Join me on the blog to see more!
