I first noticed the beautiful sunflowers growing like bean stocks in our little garden planter outside of my crafting/sunroom space.
One of the main reasons I returned home to Vermont this weekend was to restock and refresh my vintage window booth at The Vintage Soul.
Oh my goodness, I almost forgot! I picked up this vintage wicker suitcase while I was here. Isn’t it so cute?
The second reason I was back in Vermont was to see the play STILL at the Dorset Theater Festival, starring a local Vermonter, Tim Daley and Jayne Atkinson.
Massive thunderstorms rolled in during the time at the play, which brought refreshing cooler summer temperatures and Mother Nature displayed her glory.
This mound of flowers we planted a couple of years ago has flourished, even with all the rain we have received, which devastated Vermont.
I’m so grateful for this now, sunroom turned into a creative space where I get to sit down and write to you all.
I woke up Sunday morning at home in Vermont with temperatures in the low 50s. Wow, did that feel amazing! I even thought about pumpkins for the first time this year, seriously!
With the cooler temperatures it was time to fire up the fire pit and enjoy Vermont's outdoor living.
