Easy and Authentic Pasta Bolognese Sauce Recipe
A very easy and authentic pasta bolognese sauce made with a secret ingredient that makes this recipe a favorite go-to for special occasions to the everyday table.

- 1 lb Ground Beef 85%
- 1/2 lb Spicey Ground Sausage
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 White or Sweet Onion Chopped
- 3 Beef Bullion Cubes
- 3/4 Cup Red Cooking Wine
- 1 28 Ounce Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 16 Ounce Can Plain Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Add More as Needed
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Pound Spaghetti
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Parmesan Cheese To Taste
- 2 tbsp Parsley For Garnish
Boil water for pasta and cook pasta according to the package instructions.
Combine the hamburg, sausage and chopped onion into the pot and cook over medium heat for approximately 6 minutes until cooked through, mincing it all together as it cooks.
Add the milk and simmer for about 5 minutes until it evaporates.
Add red cooking wine and beef bouillion and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add a can of petite diced tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, and the secret ingredient, cinnamon.
Turn the stove down to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not cover.
Stir occassionally.
Taste and add more cinnamon to your liking.
Spoon bolognese sauce over your favorite pasta and top with parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
Add salt and pepper to taste.
