I am so excited to be able to share this cozy space with you today friends! Our home’s main area is a completely open floor plan. With a kitchen, dining room, living room, and then there’s another large open space that I could never decide what I wanted to do with it. Until now, creating this open space into a cozy sitting room.
To the left of this space are a wrap around couch and the main living area. To the right of it is the dining room and the kitchen is caddy corner.

I chose the Gray Blue & White Seersucker Armchairs out of the Chas Collection from Pier 1 Imports. I luv the color and texture of the stripes and the plain backing to add a light and airy feel to this open space. And they are oh so comfy too!

A white hand-knit throw and apple tree branches from the backyard add coziness and a touch of the outdoors.

I found this marble top coffee table at an antique shop a few years ago and painted the base white to lighten up the area. I just luv the old marble top!
A couple of large throw pillows from HomeGoods adds that touch of coziness.

I put together this flower bouquet mostly from flowers in our backyard and an antique crock. To see more of how to create a fun bouquet like this click here!

A vintage chalkboard with a vase of flowers (designed by my husband) provides some texture and a piece that can be transformed throughout the seasons!

I bought this vintage hutch from a local designer, Restyled here in Vermont who repurposes vintage flea market finds. Christine ships all over the country too!
Another great versatile vintage piece!

Pin these ideas for later!

Pier 1 Imports also sells these beautiful
