I can’t believe “Thrifting with the Gals” has been in full swing now for almost a year. We’ve had so much fun and I’ve really enjoyed sharing it all with you here and over on Instagram. As we finish out this year, I’m excited to be joining the gals today in sharing our last “Thrifting with the Gals” round-up of 2021, a “12 Best Vintage Finds of the Year Countdown”.

This bistro-style chalkboard was serving as the open sign at Breakaway Designs in Wells, Maine when I walked in over this past summer.
The owner offered to sell it to me for just $30. How could I resist that?
It is now the perfect “welcome to the porch” kind of sign on our porch here at our home in Vermont.
My husband drew this Christmas tree scene on it for the holidays.
I thrifted 6 amethyst goblets this past summer in Maine for $24 and I still adore them today. The color just gets me and I love them paired with a dark antique table piece.
Are they vintage or are they new though?

I found her at The Americana Workshop in Kennebunk Maine last spring.
After an Instagram poll from all of you, we named her Olivia Dabbles.
These large dough bowls were a steal for $65 at a flea market in Dover, NH. I’ve always admired them, but never wanted to pay the hundreds of dollars for them as they are often priced.

6. Best Vintage Finds | Blue and White Dishes
I really scored on some beautiful blue and white dishware this year. I just adore them and use these collections as our everyday dishes now at both of our homes.

This apothecary cabinet was one of my top best vintage finds this year and was loved by so many of you.
There’s just something about pine furniture I can not resist. Its warming tones, rustic charm, and soft color are just so appealing.
And this hutch works so beautifully in this sitting room I created off of our dining room in Vermont.
And look at all that added storage I now have for dishwares and the like.
It’s quirky, vintage, pine, and I just adore it!

It was a very hard choice between my number 1 and number 2 honestly.
I found and bought this wallpaper table at a second-hand shop, The Cottage by the Brook and it fits so well on our long and narrow farmer’s porch. It’s one of my favorite vintage finds!
I’ve enjoyed many outdoor table settings on this vintage wallpaper table. I just love it!

I realize these curtains are not for everyone, but I simply adore them for our living room in coastal Maine.

They were custom made for a boat and they have that grandmillennial style with all the charms of a coastal cottage.
