I have a little holiday bedroom inspiration for you today friends. This is one of two guest bedrooms that we have here in Vermont. And this antique four-post bed was a gift from my parents a few years ago. I luv high beds!! They feel so luxurious to me. And this bed does not disappoint, offering such amazing comfort for our guests. I wanted to jazz it up for the holidays with just a few simple touches. Do you decorate your bedrooms for the holidays?
I have been decorating with winter whites for this holiday season, and this is the fourth in a series of simple holiday decorating ideas that will take you through Christmas and beyond. I hope it inspires you!
This guest bedroom is also decorated with whites. First up, I added a small Christmas tree with simple white lights in a rustic wooden bin along with a winter blanket for a pop of color.
A cozy bathrobe hangs on a vintage hanger on a chest full of blankets
I luv this pink poinsettia that I picked up at our local supermarket.
It’s a much softer look than the common red poinsettia and the color will fit in throughout the holidays and beyond. Perfect for a holiday bedroom too!
I found a couple of vintage Ivory soaps on Facebook Marketplace.
So cute for a holiday guest bedroom or a bathroom!
I have two pairs of vintage skis that I luv to decorate with. An old school friend gave these to me last year while I was home visiting in Maine. I believe they were her father’s back when we were very young. I adore them! I also have another pair of vintage skis that I painted white and use those throughout my winter decorating too.
PIN THESE IDEAS FOR LATER!
I dried and saved some lavender from our small garden this year.
Did you know that lavender is supposed to help you sleep?
Here I added a few baskets on the wall to add a bit of texture and softness to the back wall for all the holiday bedroom inspiration.
